Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your footwear arrives safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections:

  • Athletic footwear
  • Work boots
  • Outdoor & Hiking shoes
  • Casual & Dress shoes
  • Cowboy boots

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized footwear
  • Items marked as “final sale” in the product description
  • Any footwear that has been worn or shows signs of use

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your items. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange (specify preferred size/color if exchanging)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return instructions
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the unworn merchandise with:

  • All original packaging
  • Tags attached
  • Documentation
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Please:

  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Consider insuring your return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you
  • International refunds will be issued in USD

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
